'Energy Answers Day' In Auburn Hills

If saving energy and money is on your mind, Consumers Energy is hosting a free event called "Energy Answers Day."Daniel J. Malone, senior vice president of distribution and customer operations for the utility, explained the event's timeliness.

"As fall turns into winter, it's a great time to prepare your home for the harsh realities of the coming frigid temperatures, snow and wind.  That's why we encourage our customers to take advantage of this informative event," Malone said.

The line-up includes utility representatives who will help Consumers Energy customers design their own personal energy use plans, demonstrations on energy conservation, and raffle giveaways.

The event will be held on Tuesday, November 16 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Marriott Auburn Hills in Pontiac (3600 Centerpoint Parkway).
