Doug Fister To Return To Tigers' Rotation
The Tigers' Doug Fister will come off the disabled list in time to start Saturday against the Rockies, MLive.com reports. Fister has made two trips to the disabled list so far this season, both times with a left side sprain.
Fister, 28, is 0-3 with a 3.15 ERA in six starts for the Tigers this season. He'll take the spot of left-hander Drew Smyly, who was placed on the DL for the huge blister on his left middle finger. The Tigers called up Ryan Raburn to take his spot on the roster and will need to make another move before Saturday's game.
