Deputies Find 61 Counterfeit $20 Bills On Man During Search

PONTIAC, Mich. (AP) - Authorities have found 61 counterfeit $20 bills on a 22-year-old man at Oakland County Circuit Court in Pontiac.

The Oakland Press of Pontiac reports Wednesday that the man was being searched during an arrest after a court judgment against him when a stack of bills was found.

A deputy was taking inventory Tuesday at the court's detention area of the man's belongings and noticed some of the $20 bills had a different feel than others.

The man who had the counterfeit bills is being held at the Oakland County Jail. The case is under investigation.
