Remember when Alex Rodriguez was scorned for flirting with a couple girls during the 2012 ALCS? Compared to the deeds of Darryl Strawberry, A-Rod's sin was, let's say, virginal.

On Thursday morning, Strawberry told Evan Cohen of SiriusXM's Mad Dog Radio that he used to have sex in the clubhouse during games. It was easy as picking a woman out of the crowd, Strawberry said, and having the clubhouse attendant fetch her between innings.

"It worked out well, just how crazy it was. It kind of worked out that way. You organize it, point her out and tell the kid [to go get her]," Strawberry said.

The 8-time All-Star also talked about drinking in the clubhouse and smoking cigarettes in the dugout, according to Yahoo Sports.

Strawberry was known throughout his playing career as a man with many vices. He served three suspensions for Cocaine abuse, and was often faulted for sabotaging his own ability. His is a story of unrealized - some would say "wasted" - potential.

Still, he racked up 335 home runs and 1,000 RBI over a 17-year career, and won four World Series titles.

During his rise with the Mets, Strawberry was often mentioned in conjunction with Doc Gooden. The two phenoms were known for pushing the limits off the field, swept up in the celebrity lifestyle. Ultimately, drugs and alcohol damaged their careers beyond repair.

Their stories were given an up-close look in ESPN's 30-for-30 film, "Doc and Darryl." It premiered last night.
