Covisint CSO Dave Miller will discuss how organizations benefit from accelerating the rate at which they build trust relationships, participating in the panel discussion titled "Identity Management in the Oil and Gas Industry." Miller will demonstrate examples of Covisint's oil and gas successes, focusing on the business implications of identity management and helping attendees learn how:

* a cross-industry identity framework reduces complexity and increases productivity; and,
* to create an enterprise business case leveraging an oil and gas identity solution.

The presentation will take place at 10:20 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 11, Hilton Houston North in Houston, Texas.

"The most successful extended enterprises in oil and gas are those who most quickly and effectively manage their external identities," said Miller. "The API conference is an outstanding venue since it provides the identity management tools and techniques that attendees can quickly implement to make an immediate and lasting business impact."

The API IT Security Conference will reflect on the latest issues and strategies enhancing operations. This conference provides an excellent opportunity to network with IT security professionals, and to candidly share ideas and to discuss industry challenges.
