Brandon Inge Placed On 15-Day DL
Brandon Inge placed on 15-day DL retroactive to 6/2 with mononucleosis. Tigers have recalled C Omir Santos from Toledo. Inge says he has been sick for awhile but doesn't know if this was related. Inge was hitting .211 with 12 RBI and 1 HR. It is expected that Omir Santos will be sent back down to Toledo following this weekend to make room for Magglio Ordonez who is rehabing his bad ankle in Toledo startng tonight.
