Brady Hoke Introduced As Michigan Head Coach
Newly-named University of Michigan football coach Brady Hoke held his first news conference in Ann Arbor Wednesday, saying unlike some other coaches, it's not about him, it's about his team.
During that news conference, Hoke was asked if he's feeling the pressure:
"If you don't have that self-imposed drive, and competitiveness...and mental toughness to prepare your guys in the right way, to do all the things that is encompassed in being a football coach -- that should be where the pressure is. In your drive to do that," he said.

Athletic Director David Brandon picked Hoke as his new football coach yesterday, insisting he was "Plan A" and not a backup option after Jim Harbaugh left Stanford for the San Francisco 49ers, and Les Miles stayed at LSU.
Brandon says Brady Hoke is a "Michigan man" through and through.
"He doesn' t have to learn the words to the Victors, he's sang it many times in the locker room. He doens't need a map to get around Ann Arbor -- he was a member of our community for eight years. And, he told me he participated in somethign like 25 summer football camps in a row, here on our campus at University of Michigan," Brandon said.
Brandon says Hoke impressed him as someone who was "intensely interested" in competing for the job...and a coach who inspired his players to win.
