Armando Galarraga, Alex Avila Scrap In Tigers Dugout
So Armando Galarraga has a temper after all.
TV cameras caught the Tigers pitcher getting into a heated exchange and finger-pointing with catcher Alex Avila in the dugout Sunday at Chicago.
The incident occurred after a scoreless first inning during the Tigers' 13-8 victory over the Chicago White Sox, when Galarraga headed straight for Avila.
Then Gerald Laird got into it, too, and Galarraga took a swipe at him before teammates separated them.
