7th Day In Row For Temps In The 90's

DETROIT (WWJ) - Sick of the hot weather yet?  Temperatures have reached into the 90's again Saturday, giving metro Detroiters the 7th straight day in the 90's.

WWJ spoke with Kelly Niebel of the State Community Health Department.

"Headache, moist and pale skin, feeling nauseous, dizzy, weak, and generally exhausted. If (this condition is)  not treated, can turn in to heat stroke, which can be deadly, and 9-1-1 should be called if someone is running a body temperature that can get as high as 105 (degrees)," said Niebel.

State community health officials are reminding Michiganders to use caution as temperatures hover in the 90's with a heat index of over 100 degrees.
