DETROIT (WWJ) - Police in Detroit are looking for a 7-year-old boy who was taken without permission by his mother.

Police say Phillip Waller was taken by Lora Ann Waller from a barber shop on Livernois.

Phillip is 4", 40-50 lbs with very short hair. He wears glasses and is very quiet. Phillip was last seen wearing a black polo jacket with a red emblem, blue pants and blue boots.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detroit Police.
