7 Kids, 1 Adult Hurt In Rollover Crash
VASSAR (WWJ/AP) - In Michigan's Thumb area, eight people, seven of them children, have been hurt in a crash.
It happened Tuesday night in Vassar, about a half-hour east of Saginaw.
Michigan State Police said Amy Lynn Johnroe was driving an SUV when she lost control of the vehicle. The SUV went into a ditch and rolled over, throwing five kids from the vehicle.
Four kids were taken to a Saginaw hospital with serious injuries. Johnroe and the other three were taken to a hospital in Caro with minor injuries.
State troopers say the wreck remains under investigation.
