12-Year-Old At Hospital After Hit And Run Incident
COMMERCE TWP. (WWJ) - The Oakland County Sheriff's office is investigating a hit and run accident that sent a 12-year-old boy to the hospital.
Officials say the boy was riding his bike on Benstein Road near Glengary in Commerce Township when he was hit by a car that fled the scene.
The suspect vehicle is described as a black Kia and is missing the right side view mirror.
The boy is in stable condition.
