With Clean Heat Plan, Colorado's top energy leaders want to phase out use of natural gas

The state of Colorado wants to cut greenhouse emissions completely by 2050, and one of the ways they plan to achieve that goal is by requiring utilities supplying natural gas for heating to cut the emissions from their systems by 41% over the next 10 years.
