Sheriff's office settles lawsuit for $10 million in connection with death of Colorado inmate
A man was arrested and taken to jail, then allegedly left to die in Huerfano County. The man's estate was recently awarded a $10 million settlement after they say guards tackled him, breaking six ribs and causing internal bleeding. He died ten days later.
