Sheriff's office settles for $10 million in excessive force lawsuit in connection with death of Colo
A man was arrested and taken to jail, then allegedly left to die in Huerfano County. The man's estate was recently awarded a $10 million settlement after they say guards tackled him, breaking six ribs and causing internal bleeding. He died ten days later.
