Man under arrest in Denver metro area after multiple alleged attacks on animals

Police in Arvada arrested a man after they received a tip that he would allegedly buy puppies and then they would suffer serious injuries after he purchased them. At least three dogs have died and one puppy suffered multiple broken legs.
