Federal magistrate recommends Colorado firebombing suspect's family be released from ICE custody
The magistrate recommended that the Boulder firebombing suspect's family be released, saying the family is not dangerous, nor a flight risk, and agreed with the FBI that the family did not know about the planned attack in advance.
