Evacuations lifted in Northern Colorado town of Wellington after apparent home explosion

An evacuation order was lifted at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, a little more than an hour after it was put in place around 3 p.m. in the Northern Colorado town of Wellington after an apparent home explosion.
