Drought deepens in Colorado: What the latest forecast reveals

Colorado is entering May with a growing drought. A wet spring could alleviate drought conditions, but if precipitation remains below average, the situation may worsen. In response to these conditions, Denver Water has implemented summer watering rules effective from May 1 to October 1. These guidelines are designed to promote efficient water use and ensure the sustainability of water resources during the warmer months.​
