Colorado to see enhanced DUI enforcement on Super Bowl weekend
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation is reminding people that refusal to comply with a request for a DUI test cab mean additional charges. In 2025, 44% of people arrested on suspicion of DUI in the state refused to take a breath or blood test.
