Westminster Police Investigate Shooting , Say It Wasn't Random
WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Westminster are investigating the shooting of a man who was inside his car. Investigators don't believe the shooting was a random act.
The man was found shot inside his car on the side of the road near 84th and Federal Boulevard early Friday morning. He was rushed to the hospital. His condition is unknown.
Police believe the victim was targeted for some reason but have not determined a motive.
