Trahavonie Smith Arrested, Charged With Killing 63-Year-Old Who Was Trying To Break Up Fight
(CBS4) - Denver police have arrested a man suspected of killing a witness to a fight. Trahavonie Smith is in custody now as police investigate a charge of first degree murder.
According to police, the victim is a 63-year-old man who saw a fight happen at a park in the area of West 13th and Osage Street Wednesday night.
Smith allegedly shot the man when he tried to break up the fight.
