LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Lakewood are searching for a team of robbers who worked together to steal from a liquor store.

Investigators said four men walked into the Mississippi Liquor Mart at Mississippi and Sheridan about 10:35 p.m. on April 1.

One distracted the clerk while the others broke into the storage area. They also opened the rear door of the business where they had a vehicle parked just outside.

They put several cases of liquor and cigarettes into a getaway truck and sped away.

The vehicle is described as a red, four-door Dodge pickup. One suspect is believed to be wearing a Detroit Tigers baseball-type hat and another was wearing a Chicago White Sox hat.
