The assets of convicted Ponzi schemer Shawn Merriman are being auctioned off. All of the forfeited items are to be sold at public auction at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 29 at Dickensheets & Associates, 1501 W. Wesley Avenue, Denver, CO, (303) 934-8322.
The online portion of the auction will begin at noon. A preview of the items to be sold is set for Friday, Jan. 28, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The items that are being auctioned were forfeited to the government in the related civil forfeiture case.
