Search Called Off For Missing Hunter Near Fraser
FRASER, Colo. (AP) - The search has been called off for a missing hunter in the Colorado mountains.
Grand County Sheriff Rod Johnson says the search for 51-year-old Richard Kothanek of Littleton ended on Tuesday.
Johnson says temperatures dropped to minus-16 Saturday night making it unlikely Kothanek survived.
Authorities say Kothanek went on a short hunting trip by himself on Saturday and never returned.
