Denver City Council To Vote On Proposal For Landlords To Have Licenses, Inspections For Rental Properties
DENVER (CBS4)- The Denver City Council will have a final vote on a measure that aims to establish guidelines for rentals and create a registry on Monday night. The residential rental license bill aims to give more protection to renters.
It would require landlords to get a license and their rentals would have to be inspected.
Larger complexes will have different set fees and a set number of inspections.
