DENVER (CBS4)- City leaders tied purple ribbons around trees in Civic Center Park to raise awareness about Elder Abuse on Wednesday.
The Denver Adult Protection Hotline, 720-944-2994, received over 1,200 calls of suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation last year.
