Police Release New Pictures Of Missing Woman

DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver have released new pictures of a missing woman in hopes that someone will recognize her and have information about where she may be. Kenia Monge, 19, was last seen one week ago.

Police released these cell phone pictures taken the night she disappeared.

Friends said Monge was at a nightclub in LoDo April 1. She was then spotted a short time later at a gas station on S. Speer Blvd.

Detectives and the FBI are concerned because Monge left her purse and cell phone at the nightclub.

"Some of the facts of this case got our attention right away and we began putting resources into it," said Denver Police Lt. Matt Murray.

Monge is described as Hispanic, 4-foot-11, with brown hair and brown eyes. She weighs 115 pounds.

"We've been searching everywhere we've been given information. We've been in and out of Denver already and we'll continue to do so until there's a resolution to this case," said Murray.

Anyone with information is asked to call Denver police at (720) 913-2000. Remain anonymous and call Crime Stoppers at (720) 913-STOP (7867).
