Police Investigate 2nd Case Of Unlawful Sexual Contact At Care Center

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Boulder started another investigation into unlawful sexual contact at the Boulder Manor Progressive Care Center -- the second case in the past month.

Police have arrested Albert Gradoz for failing to register as a sex offender. This is the second time in the past month that an unregistered sex offender has been arrested at Boulder Manor Progressive Care located at 4685 Baseline Road.

Police said investigators were made aware of Gradoz's status while investigating another allegation of inappropriate touching at the facility.

They are investigating whether Gradoz had inappropriate sexual contact with patients. He also has warrants out of Adams and Moffat Counties on charges of failing to register as a sex offender.
