Moose attacks hiker, dogs in Colorado mountains
Colorado Parks and Wildlife is warning hikers after a moose attacked a hiker and their dogs on a trail. According to CPW, the attack happened about 6:45 p.m. Monday on the Lovell Gulch Trail in Teller County.
The trail is near Woodland Park located northwest of Colorado Springs.
CPW said paramedics evaluated the hiker and determined they did not need to be taken to the hospital.
