Mile High City Is No. 1 In U.S. In Home Price Growth
DENVER (CBS4) - Denver is the No. 1 city in the nation when it comes to growth in home prices.
Denver has the highest year-to-year price increases in the entire United States.
The new numbers come from the S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index. It shows the average resale price of a home in January was up 8.4 percent from the year before.
The index ranks the Top 20 housing markets.
