Max The German Shepherd Saved From His Own Roof
ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - A dog found himself in some need of help after getting stuck on the roof of his home. It happened in Adams County on Friday.
Commerce City Police, animal control officers and the South Adams Fire Department responded.
They say Max, a German shepherd, likely jumped from the balcony to the roof, but then couldn't get down on his own.
Rescuers went to work and got Max down.
"Max was extremely excited!" firefighters said.
