LITTLETON, Colo. (CBS4) - West Metro firefighters responded to a home near Wadsworth Boulevard and Coal Mine Avenue after a lightning bolt hit a tree. It happened during a storm on Tuesday afternoon.

The force of the strike sent some debris across the yard. Some wood flew through a home's siding and landed inside a bedroom.

No one was hurt.
