Snow's Over...Now Look Forward to More Sunshine with a Warm-Up

DENVER (CBS4) - As promised, Tuesday was a chilly day with afternoon snow showers...and at times we saw furious snow while the sun was poking through the clouds! Tuesday, our high reached 35 degrees officially at the airport and 37 downtown. Skies will now clear overnight with sunny skies forecast for Wednesday but still on the cool side with a high only in the lower 40s.

We'll be partly sunny on Thursday with a high in the upper 40s...but jump to around 60 degrees to end the week on Friday under partly cloudy skies. Look for a pleasant weekend ahead: partly cloudy with highs in the mid to upper 60s for both Saturday and Sunday.
