Cooler Friday, But We Warm Again through the Weekend and Into Next Week

By Ed Greene

DENVER (CBS4) - Thursday was slightly cooler than Wednesday's high of 74 when we reached 69 degrees officially at the airport, 68 degrees downtown. A cold front will slip through the state bringing cooler air for Friday - look for a high in the upper 50s. The last time Denver had a high that cool was October 12th (49) since that time highs have been either in the 60s, 70s or 80s. The last time we had any moisture in Denver was also on October 12...and then we saw just .01" - barely a sprinkle.

So cooler weather behind that front for Friday, then right back to our mild weather and we'll take that right on into next week with sunshine all the way: expect mid 60s for Saturday, Sunday and Monday and then even milder on Tuesday with a high in the low 70s!
