Staying warm and Dry with Very Little Moisture in the Forecast
By Ed Greene
DENVER (CBS4) - Monday's high was 13 degrees cooler than the high on Sunday! Monday's high reached 89 - far better than the record high of 102 seen yesterday. Clear skies tonight with a low in the mid 50s. Then back into the lower 90s for Tuesday with mostly sunny skies, dry and breezy conditions that certainly will not help the wild fire situation around our home state.
Warmer still and staying dry for Wednesday as we reach back into the low 90s. Cooler weather with a slight chance for isolated storms moves in for Thursday - look for a high in the mid to upper 80s. A little greater chance for storms for Friday and Saturday with highs in the mid 80s Friday, and upper 80s Saturday. Enjoy the seasonal weather, because as we look ahead to next week, hot and dry weather returns with highs possibly approaching the 100 degree mark once again.
