Drying Out and Staying Warm

By Ed Greene

DENVER (CBS4) - Tuesday saw a few scattered storms over northeast Colorado - one or two prompted Severe Thunderstorm Warnings. Otherwise the statewide weather was mostly hot and dry. The high in Denver reached 92 officially and 93 downtown. For Wednesday - hot and dry weather continues with a high getting back into the low to mid 90s. More seasonal for Thursday and Friday, with an isolated storm possible on Friday; highs will be in the mid to upper 80s both days.

Then just in time for the weekend and hot and dry weather returns: Partly cloudy Saturday with a high in the lower 90s; mostly sunny for your Sunday with a high right back in the lower 90s.
