Multiple Agencies Respond To Grass Fire In Weld County
FORT LUPTON, Colo. (CBS) - Several firefighting agencies responded to a grass fire in Weld County Sunday afternoon. The fire is burning near Weld County Roads 49 and 22, near Hudson and Keenesburg.
A single engine air tanker also responded as well as a heavy air tanker. The county sheriff's office says a couple of structures are threatened, although didn't specify, but says they do not believe any have been lost.
The public is asked to avoid the area to allow firefighters to work.
