Grand Jury Looks Into Deadly Go-Kart Accident
DENVER (CBS4) - A grand jury is now looking into the death of a girl from Aurora who died in last summer in a go-kart accident.
Nine-year-old Taybor Duncan was practicing at the Grand Junction Motor Speedway last August when she collided with a maintenance worker on an ATV. She died from her injuries.
The family is now suing the track, claiming safety procedures weren't followed.
The grand jury will help the district attorney's office determine if charges should be filed.
