Gorsuch's $1.6M Home Under Contract
BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - U.S. Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch won't own a home in Colorado much longer.
His ranch in Boulder County is currently under contract.
The house went up for sale in June for $1.6 million.
The three-acre property just north of Gunbarrel was advertised as a "horse lover's paradise near Downtown Boulder."
It includes a three-stall barn and riding trails.
That's on top of the 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home with a heated, outdoor pool.
