Gas Leak Cancels Events At Hinkley High In Aurora
AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – All evening events at William C. Hinkley High School in Aurora were canceled Tuesday night.
A carbon dioxide tank was refilled at the school's swimming pool Tuesday afternoon and an alarm went off indicating a gas leak.
Students and staff were evacuated until a pool mechanic checked everything out.
The Aurora Fire Department says the building is safe now.
