Founder Of Denver's Dueling Pianos Roadshow Accused Of Numerous Financial Crimes

DENVER (CBS4) - The founder of Denver's Dueling Pianos Roadshow faces 122 counts of money laundering, theft, forgery and fraud.

A grand jury indicted James Casimir "Caz" Bzdek, 42, and his girlfriend, Bethany Allison Concha, 32.

Investigators say Bzdek used his legitimate business to illegally obtain credit card numbers and bank account information from clients and employees to the tune of more than $200,000.

"The indictment alleges that Bzdek billed clients multiple times and kept the extra amount, and also alleges that he opened credit card processing accounts in victims' names to commit credit card fraud," Lynn Kimbrough with the district attorney's office said in a statement.

Concha is charged with fraud by check, and conspiracy.

Bzdek was already on probation for another theft case.
