Downtown Denver Partnership Unveils Plans To Improve Downtown
DENVER (Denver Business Journal) - The Downtown Denver Partnership unveiled plans to light up Denver's historic buildings along the 16th Street Mall at night, along with other strategies to improve downtown at its 57th annual meeting Tuesday morning.
Speakers repeatedly used the words "vibrant" "safe" and "clean" at the breakfast event, held at the Hyatt Regency at Colorado Convention Center, to describe the goals for downtown. DDP President and CEO Tamara Door presented the organization's priorities, and the plans to go with them, to the record audience of almost 800.
