Donovan Bartlett Charged With Vehicular Homicide In Deadly Crash
DENVER (CBS4)- A driver involved in a deadly crash has been charged with vehicular homicide. Charges were filed against Donovan Bartlett, 41, on Thursday.
The crash happened on Feb. 12 at West Evans Avenue and South Zuni Street. Prosecutors say Bartlett was driving a silver Dodge pickup when he ran a red light at the intersection.
He crashed into a van, killing one person inside and seriously injuring two passengers.
