Denver Zoo Animals Get Blessed To Celebrate Life Of All Animals
DENVER (CBS4) - Ten Denver Zoo animals received a blessing at Montview Boulevard Presbyterian Church on Sunday.
The non-denominational event was held to honor and celebrate the life of all animals. Handlers walked the animals up the aisle before they were all blessed as a group.
An opossum, tamandua and macaw were among the animals to receive the blessing.
