Denver Police Want Help Finding Assault Suspect
DENVER (CBS4) - Denver police would like the public's help identifying an assault suspect.
Sonny Jackson from Denver police said on Friday the suspect approached a female truck driver at Swift Trucking located at 4080 North Rosemary Street and asked her some questions. The victim later exited her vehicle and began checking the truck's tires.
"The same suspect approached the victim and attacked her. The suspect then dragged the victim behind a set of trailers and began choking and physically assaulting her. The victim defended herself, causing the suspect to flee," Jackson said in a statement.
The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20s with a slim build wearing a black beanie cap, black sweatshirt and tan Carhart jacket.
