DENVER (CBS4)- The Denver City Council approved Mayor Michael Hancock's budget for next year. The $1.5 billion spending plan was given final approval on Tuesday night.
Hancock hopes the budget can help improve a few specific points, including battling homelessness, reducing traffic congestion, combating climate change and keeping neighborhoods safe.
