DENVER (AP) - Denver health officials are gearing up to review applications for legal syringe exchanges.
Organizations hoping to become among the first legal syringe exchanges in Denver have until Friday to submit proposals. The review is expected to take about two weeks
According to the Denver Post, the program depends on funding from government grants and private donations.
