Denver firefighters rush to burning home on Christmas night
Firefighters with the Denver Fire Department rushed to put out a fire at a vacant home on Christmas night. Investigators said crews were called to the burning home near 43rd and Cherokee before 10 p.m.
The smoke and flames could be seen in the area of I-25 and I-70. According to Denver Fire, crews initiated a defensive attack on the vacant structure.
Investigators said there were no injuries.
What caused the fire is being investigated.
