CU Student Dies Skiing At Breckenridge
BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. (CBS4) - Officials responded to a call from Breckenridge Medical Center for the death of a skier at about 2:30 p.m. on Monday afternoon.
The victim, a 22-year-old male, had been skiing in expert terrain on Peak 7 in Breckenridge, and was not wearing a helmet. He has been identified as Jacob Koltun, a CU student from California.
The deputy coroner said the circumstances are consistent with an accidental death.
