Courtyard Denver Downtown Hotel Sells For $46M

DENVER (Denver Business Journal) - DiamondRock Hospitality Co. on Monday disclosed it's purchased the Courtyard Denver Downtown for about $46 million.

The Bethesda, Md.-based company acquired the hotel at 934 16th St. on Friday. The deal is the company's second in Denver in about two months. DiamondRock paid $72.6 million for the JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek, at 150 Clayton Lane, in mid-May.
